If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, please call toll free 1-800-797-3223 or contact us to arrange for an exchange or refund. All products returned to Educational Activities, Inc. must be approved by our Customer Service Department and receive a Return Authorization Number. Any items sent without an authorization number will be returned to the sender.
The credit to your account will include a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. Return freight is the customer's responsibility unless the product is returned due to our error or the product was damaged in shipping.
Refuse delivery on shipments that are damaged. If an item in the package is received damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receipt, and we'll send a replacement.

It takes us approximately 6-10 days to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse. Once it is processed, we will refund your account.
